This presentation will explore the array of financial resources available to drive the rejuvenation of contaminated properties, commonly referred to as “brownfields”, within the framework of Pennsylvania’s land Recycling Program, Act 2. It will emphasize the critical role funding plays in efforts to revitalize brownfield redevelopment efforts and highlight the broad range of strategies—from state grants and federal assistance to private investments and local government funding—that stakeholders can leverage to unlock the economic, environmental, and social potential of brownfield sites across the state of Pennsylvania.
