Environmental, social and governance (ESG) concerns are becoming ever more crucial for investors and the importance of incorporating ESG into business practices is at the forefront of corporate strategy discussions. In this webinar, the speakers from August Mack, Jones Day, and Kinetrex Energy will offer an overview of ESG criteria, the frameworks and legal requirements for ESG reporting, and insights and practical guidance for businesses considering what ESG means for them in the context of GHG emissions reduction. This panel will also address key ESG risks and opportunities, and their potential impact on a company’s long-term value.
Speakers:
- Craig Moore has more than 20 years of experience in various disciplines such as capital markets, M&A, strategy, and energy. Kinetrex Energy is a leading inter-state liquefied natural gas (LNG) and renewable natural gas (RNG) company. As Chief Revenue Officer, Craig is responsible for all sales and marketing activities, and new business initiatives.
- Olga Gidalevitz, a Jones Day Associate, represents public and private companies, financial institutions, and banks in connection with banking and finance transactions, LIBOR transition preparedness, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures.
- Chris Abel is the Program Manager for August Mack’s closure department. Chris brings 29 years of experience in the environmental field to the table. He is familiar with numerous environmental regulations including RCRA, CERCLA, LUST, and USEPA Contract Laboratory Protocol.
