As a millennial growing up, if someone was making a claim at the lunch table about how they just happened to stumble into a celebrity (in our tiny town nonetheless) we would often incredulously respond with “Pics or it didn’t happen.” This slang term demands evidence before the claim is accepted. Evidence is vital for anyone in the environmental space. We can create lofty goals to reach “Net-Zero” or reduce or water usage by 50%; however, if you can’t produce evidence that you actually did what you said…well, those goals mean nothing.
