This upcoming webinar will present instances where a Baseline Environmental Assessment (BEA) under the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) regulations are not needed by a new owner/occupant of a parcel of land to provide environmental liability protection from historic contamination. The webinar will also present circumstances where an owner of such a parcel need not follow all of the Due Care obligations as set forth by EGLE’s rules and regulations.
