The Geologist I position is an entry-level position within the Geology Group of Technical services. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Geology or an allied discipline.

The focus of the Geology Group is the interpretation and documentation of geologic and hydrogeologic data as well as the writing of environmental reports.  This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to learn new concepts quickly, and well-developed written communication skills.  Duties will include the evaluation of field environmental data, review and revision of boring logs, preparation of figures to summarize data, and the writing of a variety of environmental reports.
