We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Manager in our Closure Consulting group. If you have a background in environmental science, geology, chemistry, civil/environmental/chemical engineering, or project management, and a drive to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you! As a Senior Manager, you will lead impactful projects within State and Federal cleanup programs, remediating environmental impacts and ensuring compliance with regulations. With a focus on strategic thinking, client relationship management, and team leadership, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while advancing your career in environmental consulting.


As a Senior Manager, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will directly influence project success. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and driving business growth. Leading a diverse team of field personnel, technical experts, and Project Managers, you will create a teamwork environment and drive project success. This role requires an advanced understanding of multimedia investigation and remediation activities, regulatory framework, and risk management necessary to guide projects to closure. In addition, you will play a crucial role in mentoring staff and team development, providing guidance and support to team members and fostering a collaborative work environment. Balancing 75% office work and up to 25% travel to immersive field/site visits and business development meetings, the Senior Manager is a dynamic adventure in environmental consulting.
