JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to fill the role of Project Manager in our Development Services group. If you have a background in environmental science/geology, project management, and a drive to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you! As a Project Manager, you will assist clients with real estate transactions, conduct pre- and post-acquisition site development services, and manage various environmental projects. This encompasses tasks such as preliminary soil and groundwater investigations, site characterization, UST and LUST related activities, and exposure mitigation efforts. This role offers hands-on learning experiences and exposure to a variety of projects.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As the Development Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of project administration, handling budgeting, staffing, client communications, and financial reporting. Effectively evaluating project needs, you will delegate tasks and responsibilities to technical, field, and administrative support staff. Supervision of these teams is crucial to achieving established objectives and deadlines. Your role will also involve understanding and performing tasks necessary for project completion, including site investigation activities such as soil borings, groundwater monitoring, and geologic studies; and cleanup strategies such as product recovery systems and remedial system design. Additionally, you will be responsible for training field and staff personnel, preparing and reviewing reports, interpreting regulations, and maintaining client relations throughout the project lifecycle. Balancing 75% office work and up to 25% travel to immersive field/site visits, the Project Manager is a dynamic adventure in environmental consulting.
