Event Information:
Enduring an Air Compliance Inspection and Evaluation

Date and Time:
9/11/2019 at 3:00 PM, Duration: 45 Minutes

Description:

A regulatory environmental compliance site inspection and evaluation can be one of the most stressful events for environmental managers. The EPA’s Clean Air Act Stationary Source Compliance Monitoring Strategy suggests a full compliance evaluation by the state or regional office at least once every two years for NSPS and NESHAP sources that meet the Clean Air Act definition of “major source”. Regardless of applicable regulatory requirements or size, you should expect that at some point your facility will be inspected. In this webinar we will discuss the types of inspections; main reasons for an inspection; how to prepare; activities involved; and what to expect after the inspections.
