Large Quantity Generators of hazardous waste (LQG) and Treatment Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDF) according to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) are required to create and maintain a RCRA Contingency Plan according to 40 CFR 265, Subpart D.  The Contingency Plan is a document that outlines procedures to be followed in the instance of any event that may cause hazards to human health or the environment.  In this webinar, August Mack will go over the general guidelines for creating and amending a RCRA Contingency Plan, as well as recent updates to the regulations.
