Description:
This webinar will focus on the recent changes to the PAG-03, General Storm Water Permit in Pennsylvania with a focus on Corrective Action Plans (CAP). A CAP is required after two consecutive benchmark exceedances at the same outfall and must be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) within 90 days of two consecutive exceedances. If your facility exceeded limitations at the same outfall for both storm water sampling events in 2017, you will need to submit a CAP by Friday, April 27, 2018.
