Dianne Crocker is the principal analyst at EDR Insight, a think tank at EDR, Inc. that delivers strategic data and analysis on property risk management trends to consultants, commercial real estate lenders, corporations and other parties involved in real estate transactions. With nearly 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, she has analyzed the market through two cyclical downturns, and is a highly-respected expert on risk management practices and commercial real estate market trends and forecasting. She is a prolific blogger, a regular contributor to trade publications and a frequent speaker at industry conferences and EDR’s own events. She is a member of ASTM, the Environmental Bankers Association’s news task group and the Boston chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.

Kent Johnson is the Transaction Program Development Manager with August Mack Environmental, Inc. in the Indianapolis office. He has more than 20 years experience with extensive knowledge regarding Brownfield site investigation and remediation, Phase II subsurface investigation, Underground Storage Tank (UST) removal and closure, groundwater monitoring sampling programs, asbestos and lead investigations and management, as well as indoor air quality investigations.
