Description:

You've done your homework and determined whether your Michigan facility needs a Spill Prevention and Control Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan. So you're all set, right? Not so fast. Bulk storage of certain polluting materials may require the development of a Pollution Incident Prevention Plan (PIPP) through Michigan's Part 5 Spillage of Oil and Polluting Materials administrative rules. Listen in on this webinar as we weed through the particulars of this often overlooked Michigan-specific Plan requirement and answer questions like: Is my facility subject to these rules? How do I determine my applicability? What information is required for the PIPP? And how do I keep my PIPP updated and relevant? We'll make sure you walk away with a better understanding of this Michigan-specific requirement and increase your confidence in your facility's compliance needs.
